How a bird leaves the nest
Every sale follows the same pipeline. The edges are the point. They keep a buyer from inheriting leftover drama, and they keep us from pretending we will run the shop forever.
We invent. Small enough to finish. Clear enough that you can picture the first 30 days. We do not list someone else's shop.
We stand it up. Live URL, product loop, Stripe path, Nest, YouTube start, prompts, admin, SOP. You are buying architecture plus assets, not a slide deck.
We list it. Price, contents, who it is for, what is not included. If a number is an example, it says so.
You buy. 1 of 1. That bird leaves. The keys are yours. A keys request on the site is not a charge. We write back to finish the handoff.
We run one bounded afternoon. Transfer the URL, attach your payments, walk admin and prompts, confirm seed data, leave the handoff sheet and the 3 / 6 / 12 month growth plan. Then you operate.
You operate. Customers, copy, ads, support, taste. We do not stay as a retainer. Another bird later is a new sale.
The full pipeline lives on the homepage under How it works. The flock is where you see it applied to a real bird.
