What's in every bird
Same key ring every time. Different personality per listing. That is how a buyer can compare two birds without guessing what "ready" means.
Every bird includes a real URL, the built product loop, a payments path you attach, brand files, admin, the Nest, a simple SOP, a one-page handoff sheet, and a 3, 6, and 12 month growth plan.
The Nest is the command center that ships with the bird: sales, analytics, social stats, and the week's ops. Same dashboard shape, tuned to that business. No extra AI layer sitting on top of it.
Then the niche layer. A waitlist bird includes SMS. A membership bird includes passes and billing. An AI receptionist includes the agent. A hold book includes the hour, the hold, and email-only notes. We do not sell a generic zipper bag and call it a company.
Never included: guaranteed revenue, a rented audience, an ongoing ads retainer, a custom enterprise rebuild the week after purchase, or 24/7 support for your customers.
The homepage list under What's in a bird is the package standard. Each listing names the extra keys for that architecture.
