SOP · new shop

Put a Ghost on a client

  1. Hours, trade, owner mobile. No diagnosis in the tone pack.
  2. Buy or assign a number for that shop. Any local number is fine.
  3. Send one test text. Book a window. Confirm it on their desk.
  4. Owner forwards missed or after-5 calls if they bought voice later.
  5. Ask for two intros. Do not build them a shop OS.

  1. Open each client desk. Misses and waiting threads first.
  2. Fix hours if a shop invented a Saturday they do not work.
