Front Desk Ghost is a receptionist product for one shop. It books windows and sends recaps. It does not do the trade work.

SMS

Customers can text the shop number. Recaps go to the owner phone. Reply STOP to leave a thread. Phone spend sits on the shop's vendor account.

Shop name, hours, trade tone, job notes, and message logs needed to book a slot. We do not sell that list.

A full book. A diagnosis. Fleet dispatch. 24/7 humans. If the model or the phone vendor is down, the desk is down until they are back.

This page is the live-product version of the rules. A buyer still attaches their own Stripe, phone, and model accounts.
